What is the RGTS Sales Referral Program?
RGTS Referral Affiliates leverage relationships with their customers and contacts to create revenue opportunities for themselves by recommending RGTS voice, data, cabling and other services and solutions. Current RGTS Clients participating in the Sales Referral Program will earn a credit against their existing account. The Sales Referral Program also allows organizations and individuals outside our client base to collect a commission for referring customers who purchase RGTS solutions. RGTS Referral Affiliates earn a competitive referral fee for all qualified leads that result in the sale of an RGTS solution. Once the lead is generated, RGTS manages all activities associated with finalizing the deal, along with providing customer billing and support.

How to Qualify as a Referral Affiliate
Any individual or business organization can become an RGTS Referral Affiliate as follows.
- Referral Affiliates must provide RGTS information about themselves such as their name, address, contact individual, type of business organization (if applicable), and tax ID or social security number. This is all done easily online.
- Referral Affiliates will agree online to RGTS's Sales Referral Program Terms and Conditions each time they submit a referral.
- RGTS retains the right to terminate a Referral Affiliate's participation, or to discontinue the Referral Program at any time.
How to Make a Referral
It's easy for a Referral Affiliate to send referrals to RGTS:
- Click the "Submit a Lead" button at the bottom of a page to access the RGTS Affiliate Referral Form then complete it with the necessary lead and customer information.
- RGTS will review the referral information and determine if the lead qualifies for the RGTS Referral Program, and notify the Referral Affiliate of the acceptance or rejection within 5 business days.
- If the referral is accepted, an RGTS account executive will contact the lead and follow RGTS's regular sales process. Referrals are good for six months from the date of referral.
- If the referral agrees to purchase RGTS services or solutions, RGTS will handle the contractual documents, service provisioning, and billing.
- Referrals are eligible for commissions only when initiated using the RGTS Partner Referral Form and end in an approved purchase.
- Current clients are eligible for account credit only when referrals are initiated using the RGTS Partner Referral Form and end in an approved purchase.
- RGTS will send any referral commission earned on the sale within 60 days after it receives the initial payment from the customer.
