If you are a building owner, developer, broker, engineer or facility manager who needs a quick and easy-to-use reference tool, we encourage you to take advantage of this site. The site includes a calculator to help you budget your cabling project, cable abatement information; a training module that is basically a ‘Building Infrastructure 101’ for new brokers, facility managers or other persons within your organization; a link to industry news and organizations which will help you connect with the industry; a glossary of terms with definitions of some of the most commonly used ‘jargon’ from the technology industry; and a number of other valuable information links to help you do your job better. Lastly, we have recently instituted a Sales Lead Referral Program that rewards members of the brokerage community and other real estate professionals for new business referrals.
