Project Management Methodology
Our clients look to us for a higher level of service, and for that reason, RGTS approaches project management from a more holistic perspective than might typically be the case. We adhere to a detailed management process that ensures the coordination, communications and oversight need to deliver projects on time and within budget. But beyond that mandate, we seek to anticipate needs that are ancillary to the work, and ensure that they are addressed along the way. This might include anything from assessing needs and providing for end-users’ training, to arranging for specialized maintenance and support after the project is completed.
