This past year has been busy and challenging at RGTS, yielding some notable rewards for our clients and for our own operations. We leveraged the efforts and innovations developed in prior years to deliver some significant service enhancements in 2011. And we continue to make progress on further innovations.


Earlier this past year RGTS welcomed clients to take advantage of the new hardened facility that RGTS established on a separate power grid in Boston. RGTS relocated the backup and continuity systems for its own operations 200 miles away from the greater New York region, to achieve the enhanced disaster resilience afforded by a separate power grid.
